How attendee access works
The attendee side of the platform is now centered around secure registration access links sent after checkout.
- Registration access
- Each confirmation email includes a secure link to the attendee's registration details page.
- Self-service updates
- Attendees can update their phone and address details from that secure page.
- Changes and refunds
- The same secure page also supports cancellation and refund requests.
- Future portal growth
- That registration page now also lists the attendee's other registrations to behave more like a lightweight portal.
